Thanks for checking out our beautiful 64 ½ Mustang Convertible. This is one of the early production 64 ½ Mustangs that seem to be the favorites of Mustang collectors and aficionados.

This car has been the recipient of a very nice restoration and is a very capable cruiser and car show participant. You can hop in this one and be a proud owner as you are participating in your local shows or just top down motoring on a beautiful evening enjoying the breeze that only comes from a nice convertible.

Correctly finished in the proper Poppy Red, per the original door tag the paint on this car is quite well done and shows very nicely with very few imperfections. The finish is smooth, holds a good shine and demonstrates that good prep work was done over good surfaces. I'd call the paint a B or B plus and I have a tough eye for paint. Great driver quality.

Under the hood you will find a nicely detailed, proper 260 V8 that again, per the door tag, is exactly the way this car was born. The engine and automatic transmission performs nicely in this Stang and it has been fully serviced in our shop.

The interior and top are also very nice having been restored. The black buckets and console are a nice compliment to the poppy red exterior and are quite pleasing. Black buckets are also called for on the original door tag. Power steering and a power top make for a couple of nice options on this cruiser.

The chrome is very nice and for the most part the major items have been rechromed or replaced. Smaller items like the vent windows and such are original but present nicely.

Underneath you will find a very solid, very tidy frame, floors and suspension. Torque boxes and typical areas of concern in early Mustangs are very solid and nicely finished in a tough black texture paint.

Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.
