This old beauty served a lot of time at the Liverpool Fire department in Valley City Ohio. It's one of the reasons it's still in such unbelievable condition today. 4WD, a Chevy, and cared for by Firemen- the Trifecta.
This great old K10 started life as a white truck with a blue interior. At some point it was repainted its current blue (single stage paint and long ago), but the original blue interior is unmolested and still in place. Here's where the story takes a small turn- the odometer on the truck shows just over 16K original miles but the title shows 116K. One of the previous owners used the tenths digit in titling and as much as we'd like to fix it (believe me we tried) one of the previous owners has since passed and the title cannot be corrected. We will let you decide for yourself if you believe the original miles- we do.
Super solid, never rusty, original metal that is very straight and clean. Original engine compartment that houses the venerable straight 6 Chevy engine mated to a three on the tree manual. All work spot on. This truck is a real joy to drive if you like the handling of a 50-year-old truck.
The pictures are a very realistic representation of this truck and we are sure if you see it, you'll love it. Fully serviced in our shop with brand new tires this one is certainly worth your consideration.
