1967 Chevrolet Nova

Sold - Ohio!

Sunnyside Chevrolet of Elyria, Ohio in conjunction with Greg's Sports, Classic, & Muscle is proud to offer for sale this beautiful 1967 Nova!

September 2006 Super Chevy Magazine Car. October 2006 Chevy High Performance Magazine Car. Guess we'd just like to say up front this Shoebox ain't no slouch. 15 Years later this car still is stunning and has a great presence. She's covered just 4,800 miles in the last 15 years and is ready to roll.

Here's a run through the particulars...350 small block built by Outlaw Racing Engineers in California. 11 to 1 compression with Mahle flat top pistons. Engine bored 40 over and balanced and blueprinted. Double roller chain. Bow Tie steel crankshaft. Crane Gold Roller Rockers. Dart Iron Eagle Heads ported and polished. 750 cfm Demon carburetor. Be Cool radiator. Billet aluminum drive pullies. 700 R transmission. 9” Ford rear end with 4.10:1 gears. Stage 1 shift kit. B&M shifter, 3” drive shaft, Mustang front suspension.

Underneath you will find- 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, front and rear coil overs and the rear has a 4-bar suspension kit. Also sporting Budnik wheels and steering wheel. The front is Mustang II with 2” drop spindles and rack and pinion steering. The wheel and tire fit is amazing and for anyone out there who has ever attempted to pull this off on a Shoebox Nova you know how hard it is to get it right and to get it to look this right….

Quoting Chevy High Performance “When your ride weighs but 3200 pounds, you don't need a mountain to move it. The 350 engine produces 480 horsepower at 6100 RPM and 460 lb-ft of torque at 5200 RPM. Thought the Nova has yet to see a dragstrip we'd estimate 11.90's at 115- more than enough to make you pucker”. Enough said.

The paint on this car is of a very nice quality- lets remember it was done over 15 years ago and there is an occasional flaw but the House of Kolor Tanjellow Pearl still presents itself amazingly. The body work is very straight and has held up very well. The interior and engine compartment still present extremely nicely.

Serviced in 18 at Hammer Performance with 3362 miles this beauty got an oil change, trans fluid change and complete new Wilwood front brakes. In 2019 $3350 was spent on the 4-bar rear suspension, the car was undercoated, a new fuel pump installed and dynamat installed. In 21 Hammer rebuilt the carb, installed new valve covers and an oil change was done.

When you see this car in person the quality of the work done is very apparent. If you are looking for a top flight build to drive and show and enjoy this may very well be your next rod. Perfectly fresh and completed yesterday- nope -but then again we don't have it priced at 100K either…..

Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.

We stand behind our thoughts on this car by offering our travel expenses guarantee- come see the car and if we have materially misrepresented its condition we will gladly pay half of your travel expenses up to $500.00- this offer had been in place since we sold our first classic and we haven't paid the money yet…. We pride ourselves on having good cars and representing them properly.
