Brought to us by one of our local customers this 1951 Mercury Hotrod is cool and sensibly priced as a great way to get into classic cars and local car shows. This lead sled Merc is powered by a strong running 302 with a 4-bbl. carb and is backed by a Ford Overdrive trans that allows this old Merc to go down the road very nicely.

The pictures do a nice job of representing this very solid old cruiser- if you are looking for perfect- not your car- think a lot more money than this. With a very presentable coat of custom paint and a nicely done interior this Merc is certainly ready for the drive in. The chrome is very nice, the side pipes are functional and there's a lot to like here.

Currently not working on the car are the main dash gauges- something that can be rectified at a cost by us if the new owner chooses or some items for a bit of new owner sweat equity. We've put a few miles on this car and are very confident that at our pricing this car represents a value in the market.
