That's correct, this is an original paint, original interior, original underside, original chrome, original engine compartment and 40K original mile two owner before us car- yes you read that correctly. If you are looking for a car restored yesterday and someone else's version of what an MGA Roadster is please stop reading- there are plenty of restoration queens out there. If you want a car, just as the MGA Factory built it in 1959, this may well be your next sports car.

When we had the opportunity to purchase this car from Richard, in Phoenix, we jumped at the chance. Richard is just the second owner of this MGA and he loved it and cared for it. When Richard purchased this car from the original owner, he was told it had never been restored in any way and that the car, save for disposable items like hoses, tires etc., was just as it was built by MG. Richard kept it that way and we have done our best to do exactly the same. Look at the marvelous patina. You can buy this car but only if you promise to keep it just as it is....we need these examples of gently aged originality.

The paint is completely original save for brush touching that has happened over the years- I cannot find one area of this car that has ever seen a paint gun outside the factory- not one. Is the paint perfect? Absolutely not. Does the original finish make you smile and make you understand what it has seen and been through- absolutely. This beautiful MGA has aged very gracefully....

The leather seats are original, the carpeting is original, the dash is original, the door cards are original. We have the original top and bows. The chrome is original, the underside is original, the engine and engine compartment are original. This car is an amazing time capsule.

When you pull the choke and starter button on this old girl she starts immediately. Taking off down the road we all realize that nothing drives quite like an unrestored car.
